Summary (Analytics)
Get the analytics for each AI agent when a conversation has ended.
When a conversation has ended you can have the all of the information from the AI agent be sent to you via email and/or webhook.
When is a Conversation Ended?
A conversation is ended when a user clicks the New Conversation button inside the chat widget at which point the summary will be sent.
The system will check and find conversations that have no activity for 1 hour and then will trigger the send of the conversation summary - its not technically marked as ended.
For conversations with the API and integrations like IG, there is only a single conversation
Conversation Stats:
AI Agent Name
Time Conversation Started
Time Conversation Ended
Number of user messages
Number of AI responses
Conversation Link:
This is a public link of the conversation that the user can click on to read
Conversation Lead Data:
If the AI agent has collected any lead data from the user it will show up here
Conversation History:
This is a raw text of the entire conversation that a user has with the AI agent (it will show up inside JSON when sent as a webhook).
