A human can take over the conversation from the AI agent and respond to users through the chat window inside the Stammer dashboard or via the native chat application.

Live Chat allows humans to send messages to users when the AI agent doesn't know how to respond.

Live Chat can be enabled through automation (human handoff settings) or manually by switching the toggle inside a conversation from AI Agent to Human.
