# WhatsApp

The [Stammer.ai](http://Stammer.ai) uses the Official WhatsApp integration with Meta's API. You sign into your Facebook account and then will be prompted to either create or connect an existing WhatsApp number. Business WhatsApp phone numbers from Meta may have an additional expense depending on your location and sending category billed directly from [Meta](https://business.whatsapp.com/products/platform-pricing).

Step 1: Select an AI Agent from your dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to the Integrations tab

Step 3: Click on the WhatsApp integration

Step 4: Create/ Connect your WhatsApp Business account

Step 5: Enable the AI Agent to be active

You're done! The integration is now setup and when you message the WhatsApp phone number, in a few seconds the AI agent will respond.&#x20;
