# Eleven Labs API Key

1. Sign up for a free Eleven Labs account (Free tier includes 10 minutes of audio per month)

2. Navigate to your account settings > API Keys

3. Create a new API key and copy the code it gives you

4. Paste API Key into the Vault inside Stammer.ai (don't verify/ save it yet!)

5. Go back to Eleven Labs to get your Voice ID.&#x20;

6. Create a new voice or select an existing voice and copy the Voice ID

7. Paste the voice ID into Stammer.ai under the API key

8. Verify and Save

* Eleven Labs will charge your account directly based on usage (Stammer.ai will not&#x20;
* Some voices might not be available on the Free account from ElevenLabs
