Additional funds can be added to your agency's wallet in two ways; manually or through enabling auto-billing.
Adding funds to agency wallet manually:
Navigate to Account > Billing Usage & Settings > Auto Billing and then click on the green button that says "Add Balance".
After you click the green "Add Balance" button, a pop up will be shown allowing you to select the credit card you'd like to be charged
