# Sub-Account Storage Balance

Client sub-accounts can view their storage balance by going to **Account > Billing Usage & Settings > Usage -** here you will be able to view the available amount of characters in your storage balance and

The Agency will set the amount of storage given to each client sub-account via the Free Trial Settings or through the SaaS Configurator.

Client sub-accounts can purchase more storage by going to their Auto Billing settings and enabling or through adding more storage manually.&#x20;

When a sub-account purchases more storage, the cost of that storage will be deducted from their sub-account wallet balance. The quantity of characters they purchase will be deducted from your agency's storage balance.&#x20;
