# User Permissions

We’ve added user permissions for Agency and Sub-Account users. there will be 2 types of permissions, Chatbot and Account (coming soon).

This allows you to set and control the permissions for any user on your platform. 

Example: You have a client who you only want to be able to use the bot and not touch the knowledge base or prompt.
