👥User Access
Add and view all of your agency level users here.
There are 4 account types available with different levels of control.
1. Agency Admin
Highest level user that is automatically assigned to the user who signs up, creates and pays for an agency level account.
The Agency Admin has full control and permissions over the agency account, all sub-accounts, and all user accounts connected to the agency and every sub-account.
If you need to update/ change the Agency Admin please contact us.
There is only one Agency Admin account per agency.
Ex. If you are the owner of your agency this will be your account level.
2. Agency User
An agency user has full control over all sub-accounts and sub-account users.
Individual sub-account permissions for controlling sub-accounts and their admins/ users can be given to Agency Users’ by the Agency Admin.
You can have an unlimited number of Agency Users
Agency User permissions can be updated and changed by Agency Admins.
Ex. If you have a partner or a VA who is going to help you manage all of your sub-accounts.

3. Sub-Account Admin
This is the account level for your client to control their dashboard.
When a new sub-account is created for a client it will ask to assign a sub-account admin.
By default there is only one sub-account admin per account.
There is only one Sub-Account Admin account per sub-account
Sub-Account Admin permission can be updated and changed by Agency Users and the Agency Admin.
Ex. This is the main user for your client sub-accounts
4. Sub-Account User
A sub-account user has control over the individual sub-account based on the permissions given to them by their sub-account admin.
Sub-Account user permissions can be updated and changed by the Sub-Account Admin, Agency User, and Agency Admin.
You can add an unlimited number of Sub-Account users.
Ex. This is for the staff/ VA’s of the individual sub-accounts
