When these words/phrases are detected, the AI Agent will stop responding, send a notification and transfer the conversation to a human.

Configure where to send notifications when a conversation requires human attention. You can set to notify multiple emails or send the data to a webhook for further processing.
This allows you to enabled Human Handoff for the specific channels your AI agent is connected to. Please Note: for Meta integrations (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) you must have an active connection to that platform in order to enable Human Handoff Automation.
